Right now in the carbon hall... Two machines doing our Mandrel Filament Moulding by winding prepreg tow onto a mandrel. This is how the cool looking viper pattern is created. Next step is manual patchings, autoclave curing, pulling out the mandrel, cutting, drilling, 4 layers of laquer, assembly of fittings and delivery to a winning crew.
